General Policies

To keep our environment safe and secure for your young ones, we have listed a few policies and procedures for your review below.

General Policies:
- Discover Church and its volunteers do not administer ANY medication, EpiPens, inhalers, or insulin while children are in our care.
- Photography and/or video recordings may occur while your child is attending Discover Church services, gatherings, and events. Completion of this form authorizes Discover Church to use the registered family members' images for the church outreach purposes.
- Your information may be used to create a family profile in the Discover Church database.
- For safety purposes, parents/guardians must present the security claim tag assigned to them or a valid ID in order to obtain their child(ren) from Discover Church once they are submitted to a secure check in process.
